These Terms govern your use of Safe Deal (safe-deals.com). By browsing the site, contacting us, or redeeming a code, you accept these Terms.

1. What Safe Deal sells

Safe Deal is a marketplace for digital products: gift cards, game keys, subscription vouchers, software licenses, guides, accounts/services, restaurant vouchers, and custom digital orders. All products are fulfilled digitally — typically by a one-time-use redeem code on this website.

2. How a purchase works

• You choose a product and contact us via WhatsApp or email.
• You pay manually through one of the accepted methods.
• We deliver a Safe Deal redeem code to your contact channel.
• You redeem the code at safe-deals.com/redeem.

We do not currently process online payments on the website.

3. Acceptable use

• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction.
• You must use redeem codes only for their intended purpose.
• You must not attempt to brute force, scrape, or otherwise abuse the redeem endpoint.

4. Voucher region & expiration

Some products are region-locked or have expiration windows. The product page lists this information. By purchasing you confirm you have read those terms.

5. Limitation of liability

Safe Deal is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for damages caused by third-party platforms (Apple, Microsoft, Steam, etc.). Our maximum liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. The latest version is always published here. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
